“I requested the window of 6-8 a.m, around 8:30 I received a text saying it was being pushed to 9 a.m. The detailer didn't show up till 9:20. I had 3 vehicles that needed washing. He finished 2, or what he thought was finished, around 1 p.m. and asked to return at 5 p.m. to finish the truck. I had no problem with that. I inspected the cars to find that based off the package I chose, the cars were very incomplete. He eventually returned around 6 p.m. and i showed him my concerns with the other vehicles. He corrected some of those not all. By the time he claimed to be done it was 8:30 p.m. and dark. I did a quick walk of the cars but missed the problems I have with the incomplete job and later found them with a flash light. And everything is very noticeable today on all 3 vehicles. I will be sending pictures via the link I was provided. Really just want the $130-$150 car washes I paid for.”
